Recruitment Account Manager (New Business)
Sportsbook/Casino Account Manager / Business Development Manager (Recruitment) sought in the UK. In this role, you will carry out the complete 360 recruiting process, aimed at attracting, screening, and selecting the right talent for emerging businesses.
Your primary focus will be on managing your own accounts/desk, securing new business opportunities, and sourcing top-tier candidates across various levels for urgent positions in the iGaming sector. Participation in quarterly iGaming exhibitions is highly encouraged.
Applicants who do not have relevant experience in agency recruitment and a proven history of securing new recruiting business opportunities will be automatically disqualified. This also applies to any candidates who need a visa or sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients seeking iGaming talent and manage your own accounts.
- Identify and attract candidates through various channels, including databases and LinkedIn.
- Review resumes and job applications to screen potential candidates.
- Evaluate applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Successfully fill open positions for your active accounts in a timely manner.
- Execute recruiting strategies and initiatives.
- Serve as the primary contact, fostering strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Enhance the company’s reputation in the industry.
- Participate in relevant iGaming trade shows and exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Must have prior experience in agency recruitment, preferably with a history of managing accounts and securing new business.
- Strong interest in sports and the iGaming sector.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Sales-oriented with outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiastic about business development and building enduring client relationships, while effectively sourcing and placing top talent within your accounts.
- Proven experience in managing the complete 360 recruitment process from both the client and candidate perspectives.
