We’re working with an agency who are on the tip of many tongues because they rock They’re looking for a new super good Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, with 3-4 years’ experience already working in branding, identity, or integrated brand transformation looking for a step up. The agency is based in Hoxton, hybrid working with 3 days in their lush studios, 35 people strong and they also have a successful studio in New York.

They are described as producing the biggest ideas, bold, not afraid to rock the boat, rewriting the rules but always maintaining a strong, close-knit culture and the bar is open every Friday afternoon You will be supported by a team of 8 people in client services, and they are strong on personal development. Clients range from retail, consumer, non-profits, luxury, lifestyle, telecoms, tech to some of the best-known online brands today - anything goes, it’s all about brand development, innovation and transformation.

You’re a great account management person, naturally very detailed but also strong on building close client relationships, as well as a natural team player. You will be responsible for your projects, from timings, budgets, to helping write proposals. Every person in this design agency is vital to their everyday work, you’ll be nurtured, valued and supported by their Head of Account Management as well as the key founding directors so that you are learning all the way.

Qualifications

  • Ideally you'll have 4+ years' experience from another integrated brand & design agency
  • You're a detailed person, quality matters
  • Team player, collaborator but can work alone too
  • Strong understanding of brand development
