Responsibilities & day to day duties
As a Technical Customer Support, you will be responsible for:
- Following up on enquires made by the customer and helping them make their decisions on the technical hardware requirements - This role is a mixture of inbound and outbound calling customers.
- Understand your customer’s needs and support them to make tailored solutions.
- Working with a variety of customers from installers, technicians and businesses.
- Ordering processing and support.
- Understand technical specifications and sell these products to an existing and new customer base.
Skills & experience required.
- Similar experience working in a phone environment.
- Ability to be personable, accountable and problem solver.
- You will need to have a proactive approach to your work.
