We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team. This role is integral to the smooth running of our HR department, providing essential support in all areas of human resources including recruitment, staff welfare, and HR data management.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Support the HR department with the administration of benefits, payroll, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Redirect HR-related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
  • Thorough knowledge of Employment Law desiable..
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects.
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
  • A qualification or studying Human Resources or relevant field is preferred.
