Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at COREcruitment Ltd. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our Midlands region, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to our Midlands region, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified (to level 5 and above)
  • Strong hospitality background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
