Key Responsibilities:
  • Report Generation: Pull and analyze HR reports to inform decision-making processes.
  • HRBP Support: Assist HR Business Partners with various tasks and projects, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Communication: Draft and send out professional communications to employees, maintaining a positive and respectful tone.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior and entry-level admins to manage HR tasks and projects, promoting a culture of teamwork and efficiency.
  • Backlog Management: Address and resolve any backlog issues to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and situations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred, but not required.
