- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred, but not required.
