As the Reward administrator you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, compensation plans and recognition programs. The reward administrator is essential in facilitating CEVA's compensation and benefits programs.
This is a Monday – Friday position, offering a hybrid working policy.
Assist in the administration of CEVA employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
Maintain and update compensation data in the HR system.
Assist in the management and administration of compensation programs, including the annual pay review, bonus plans, and other incentive programs.
You will have an administrative background, gained within HR or Reward and have the ability to manage large amounts of data. Due to the nature of the role it is essential you have excellent communication skills and a proficient user in all Microsoft applications.
