Join our dynamic team at East Midlands Gateway in Derby We're on the lookout for a super-organised Site Administrator to keep things running smoothly. If you love keeping everything in order, from purchasing and payroll to KPIs and reporting, this is the perfect opportunity to make a real impact in a fun and fast-paced environment

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Reporting to the Admin Controller, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our site admin processes running like clockwork. As a key player in our Administration Team, you'll tackle everything from payroll and purchase ledger to HR compliance, making sure we’re always in line with company and site policies. You’ll be the guardian of our contract and personnel records, ensuring everything is up-to-date and spot on. Plus, you’ll get to handle invoicing for our clients, keeping things smooth on a weekly and monthly basis.

 

This is a Monday to Friday role, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, so you'll have your evenings and weekends free

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

We are looking for someone who comes with previous administration and payroll experience in a busy and fast paced environment. You will need to have the ability to organize and prioritise work effectively and juggle multiple tasks and deadlines to meet the demands of the business. You will need to be a confident communicator and be comfortable dealing with people at all levels and be comfortable utilising internal system, Microsoft packages and warehouse management systems.
