This Mortgage Administrator job in Leicestershire offers the opportunity to work for a growing Financial Planning firm and support their in-house Mortgage Advisor.
As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be supporting their Mortgage & Protection Advisor with pre and post-sale tasks. Therefore, your duties will include:
- Qualifying new mortgage and protection queries
- Proactively reaching out to clients to get meetings booked in the diary
- Obtaining agreements in principles with lenders
- Packaging mortgage cases to lenders
- Following up and chasing lenders / providers, 3rd parties and clients to proactively progress cases
- General administration and accurately maintaining the CRM records
- Providing data and reports to help the team

Our client provides independent advice to clients on all aspects of financial planning. The business has a growing team who enjoy working together to support the needs of their clients. Most of their team are long serving team members who enjoy being part of the business.
Mortgage Administrator Requirements
- You should have 1+ years’ experience as a Mortgage Administrator
- Individuals holding or studying towards CeMAP (or equivalent) would be beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A working understanding of Microsoft Office software
Mortgage Administrator Benefits
- Salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
- Office based role within modern offices with free, secure parking on site, plus full kitchen, dining and gym facilities
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
