iO associates are proud to partner with a Global FMCG manufacturer who are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join the team
This is an exciting opportunity to join a Global Manufacturer and take the next step in your career.
As the National Accounts Executive, you'll be at the heart of their operations, collaborating closely with internal sales, the Warehouse Manager, and customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist Senior Account Manager in managing retail accounts to boost sales.
- Provide customer support for orders, account statuses, and issues.
- Help with promotional planning, project management, and new product setup.
- Communicate with supply chain and admin teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate and deliver customer meetings and performance reviews.
- Develop internal sales reports using customer EPOS data.
- Monitor retail prices, promotions, and product changes through audits.
You will need:
- Previous UK Retail experience preferred in a commercial support role.
- Strong communication & interaction skills
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Experience with CRM systems
- PC literate in office suite
In return for this, you will receive a salary of up to £40,000, alongside some great benefits such as 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and Medicash.
