Account Manager - Manchester

As an Account Manager you will play the pivotal role in being a trusted point of contact for client communications, where you can nurture relationships, qualify opportunities, monitor account progression and advise clients. You will demonstrate your expertise and interest in creative advertising working closely with the design team to ensure projects run smoothly from brief to final production of assets.

They are looking for a hardworking, ambitious and creatively focused Account Manager to collaborate with various members of the business to build and nurture relationships with clients, ensure smooth communication between creative and client as well as monitor the campaign production process. The Account Manager will use their strong communication skills and industry knowledge to navigate the ongoing success and strong client relationships as well as acting as a point of management to the account executives including reviewing reports and emails to clients where appropriate.


What you will ideally have experience of?

  • Previous B2C agency experience
  • A proven background in client relations
  • Creative collaboration
  • Presenting ideas, leading meetings and reporting on campaign forecast
