Our client, a leading brand activation agency, is looking for a skilled print-focused Account Manager to join their dynamic team in a 6 Month FTC role. This role is of urgent requirement. This role is focused on providing client services predominantly point of sale, campaign print collation, nationwide distribution and warehousing services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to clients, maintaining a proactive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key contacts.
  • Manage client briefs from inception through to completion, including full specifications, critical timelines, invoicing, and delivery confirmations.
  • Propose innovative solutions and alternative approaches where applicable.
  • Develop detailed project specifications for both internal teams and external clients, leveraging deep client knowledge.
  • Brief suppliers on client requirements and expectations.
  • Oversee project progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
  • Implement new processes and procedures as needed.
  • Ensure invoicing procedures are properly followed.
  • Attend off-site meetings when necessary.
  • Conduct press checks as required, sometimes outside normal business hours.
  • Set and manage budgets, including P&L oversight.
  • Oversee Print Production of POS Material


Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Proven experience in various areas of print production.
  • Strong ability to plan and coordinate multiple client campaigns effectively.
  • Numerically inclined with a solid commercial understanding.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, maintaining a positive attitude.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of print processes and techniques.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Essential experience in client-facing roles, directly advising clients on campaign print and digital solutions.
  • Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) conceptualization is preferred.
  • Previous account management experience, working within contracted environments with strict SLAs and KPIs.
  • You'll need prior experience in print production or marketing print procurement.
  • Leadership and management experience is desirable.
