Role Responsibilities:

As the Manager of SAM Finance, you will report to the Head of Finance, Global SAM and act as a Business Partner to the Global Heads of Sales Strategy & Execution and Partners. We will work together to provide a full range of Finance support, including reporting and analysis, providing commercial and strategic support, and driving a range of projects. We will work across SAM Finance and Business Finance to drive awareness and execution of growth initiatives across D&A, FTSER, and Risk Intelligence. We will deliver month-end reporting and insight to the respective business leaders and drive continuous improvement in operating cadences, influencing adjacent teams to deliver high-quality output. We will work closely with the Professional Services team to maximize revenue growth and support the execution of the Partners strategy in conjunction with the Partners team.

Key Relationships:

Key relationships will include the Global Head of Sales Strategy and Execution, Global Head of Partners, SAM LT, Finance leadership across SAM, D&A, FTSER, and Risk, Group FP&A, and Performance Insights and COE.

Competencies Required:

The competencies required for this role include experience of working in a Finance Business Partnering role, excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, exceptional interpersonal abilities, the ability to make confident, fact-based decisions, a strong work ethic, and accountability for delivering on commitments. You should be adept at using logic and reasoning to work through problems and analyse information, be a self-starter, and able to work autonomously. A professional finance qualification, such as an MBA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent, is required.
