The Opportunity


We’re looking for someone that’s equally driven by achieving sales targets and by being a great manager. You’ll need to be able to think strategically as well as providing motivation, support and development opportunities to your team of Experience Managers. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and motivating the Experience Managers to deliver sales targets in a challenging and dynamic market. The role will involve liaising with various internal stakeholders to develop strategies which support driving sales within a given area. You’ll need to be up on what our competitors are up to, and fine with working under pressure.

Responsibilities of the role


  • Ensuring that the maximum value is achieved on all plot sales whilst maintaining the required sales rate
  • Providing supportive and pro-active management of the team
  • Collating and analysing relevant competitor information and visiting competitor sites
  • Recruitment, induction and retention of new and existing team members
  • Carrying out health check performance reviews for each team member which are effective, thorough and support continuous improvements
  • Monitoring the training and development needs of the team and addressing accordingly
  • Working with the Head of Sales, Sales Managers and Marketing team to agree proactive sales strategies for each development
  • Checking the presentation standards of welcome centres, show homes and other sales areas
  • Ensuring Salesforce accuracy throughout the sales journey
