FIELD SALES ROLE
I am working with an exciting new client who is looking for a Field Sales Executive to join their fast-growing team. This person will be required to travel daily for work and cover North of the United Kingdom, up to Scotland.
The ideal candidate is driven, personable, and motivated by engaging and interacting with other people on a daily basis. You have a genuine interest in the world around you and are eager to start your career in sales. Most importantly of all, you are trustworthy, reliable, and personable. And of course, you come with a clean and valid driver's license.
You will be on the front lines, engaging with potential and existing customers across the UK, showcasing my client's products, and building strong relationships. This position requires a high level of determination but no prior experience in field marketing or sales is required as full training will be provided. This role suits someone who enjoys a bit of travel around the country as you will be required to be on the road which will sometimes include overnight stays.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Pitching the product to prospective users and secure sign-ups, predominantly from charity shops
- Onboard customers to the platform, providing a seamless user experience
- Provide training on the product
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Gather insights and track these in our chosen CRM system, Hubspot
- Meet with customers and prospects in person and via video or phone calls
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
- Continuously improve through feedback
- This role has the potential to grow with the right candidate and provide autonomy over future strategy
Requirements:
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Able to prioritise and manage time well
- Ability to tailor conversations based on the audience's needs
- Ambition to develop and grow the role
- Willingness to travel extensively and hold a full clean driving license

Field Sales Executive
Salary: £22,500 +
Car allowance: £300 per month / £3.6k annum
Commission: up to 20% of salary - quarterly target
Holiday – 23 plus 5 BH
