Aurora Samuels Associates are working exclusively with this growing and ambitious Food Manufacturing Recruitment agency to hire an Executive Resourcer who will be working alongside the Managing Director to place and work permanent roles.


Basic up to £35,000 + Excellent bonus potential (OTE Circa £15,000)


Role and responsibilities for the Recruitment Resourcer:

  • Utilise advanced tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Broadbean, SourceWhale, Odro, and Salesforce to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.
  • Create client profiles and position descriptions to attract top talent
  • Maintain an updated and organised candidate database, ensuring all interactions and candidate information are accurately recorded.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to placement.
  • Support follow-up activities based on the calls and interactions made by the recruitment team throughout the day.
  • Assist with managing client communications, scheduling meetings, and tracking progress on ongoing recruitment projects.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • NO SALES


Requirements for the Recruitment Resourcer:

  • To be considered for this role YOU MUST have proven experience in a similar resourcing role within a recruitment agency. or Talent Acquisition
  • You must have experience recruiting for the Food or FMCG manufacturing industry
  • High level of professionalism with the ability to confidently interact with business owners, directors, and senior leaders.
  • Strong experience with resourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Broadbean, SourceWhale, Odro, Salesforce, and job posting platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging client profiles.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and delivering high-quality results.
