Our client, a rapidly growing tech scale-up founded in 2016, is on the hunt for an Enterprise Account Manager to join their London-based team They’ve built a great reputation for helping large enterprises and the education sector attract the right students by giving them the opportunity to explore work and academia before committing long-term. Now, they need a dynamic Account Manager to nurture and grow key enterprise accounts in their fast-paced, innovative environment

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for your portfolio of key enterprise clients. You’ll onboard new clients, educate them on exciting new products, and drive their success with your expert advice. You will drive growth within your accounts, using your sales expertise to identify and seize expansion opportunities. This is a commercially focused role, so a growth mindset is essential to success.

  • Experience managing larger accounts in a commercially-driven environment.
  • Strong client management skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • A clear understanding of the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and a sales-driven approach—this role isn’t just about keeping things steady; it’s about growing and nurturing your accounts.
