Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive transformational Data and AI training solutions for leading enterprise sized companies. Our client is established, profitable and still in a high growth phase.


This is a home-based role in the UK (you will need to be in the office once a fortnight, offering flexibility and the opportunity to shape both your career and business outcomes in a rapidly growing sector.


Salary and Benefits:

  • Basic salary for an Enterprise Account Executive is up to £100k with £80k commission uncapped with accelerators
  • Remote-first work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Introduce cutting-edge Data and AI skills training solutions to senior executives and operational teams.
  • Deliver measurable ROI by addressing organisations' most pressing digital transformation challenges.
  • Achieve and exceed net new business revenue targets through proactive pipeline generation and C-level engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and transparent CRM and KPI tracking.


About You:

  • The right Enterprise Account Executive will have a proven track record of surpassing targets in enterprise new business.
  • Expertise in MEDDIC sales methodology and project management for qualified deals.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (preferred).
