About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-value clients based in London. You will play a pivotal role in managing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client success with our innovative financial and enterprise management software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of key clients across various industries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your client base to drive revenue growth.
- Develop strategic account plans to address client needs and align with their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product and customer success, to deliver tailored solutions and excellent service.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and positioning our solutions as critical to their success.
- Track and report on account performance, including revenue and client engagement metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in key account management or a similar client-facing role, ideally within financial software or enterprise performance management solutions.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and corporate performance processes.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-level accounts and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with industries such as professional services, manufacturing, or financial services is a plus.
