A renowned dining establishment in Yorkshire is looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join their dynamic kitchen team with live in accommodation. Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a senior sous chef or similar role

  • Creative culinary skills with experience in menu design tailored to the establishments theme
  • Meticulous attention to detail ensuring all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the kitchen team, ensuring efficient operation and professional growth
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of menu items to meet guest expectations
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and optimize waste control to maintain budget
  • Uphold stringent food safety and quality standards through regular checks and maintenance
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning, staff scheduling, and other administrative duties
  • Address and incorporate customer feedback to continually enhance the dining experience
