This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is either a recent HR or Psychology graduate with some previous office administration experience or for someone with previous HR admin experience ready to build on your skills and knowledge in a challenging position full of opportunity to progress your HR career.
We are looking for a diligent and enthusiastic person to join the people team of an award winning media agency in central London. The position is primarily supporting the People & Culture team across all areas of HR. The role will have visibility across the company and you will be a key member of the people team. You will be building strong relationships with people at all levels across their UK offices so strong communication skills are essential. You will also be privy to sensitive and confidential information and employee data so maturity, discretion and professionalism is a must.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Admin support on the full employee lifecycle
- Iris HR system Management
- Coordination of all Learning & Development
- Coordination of recruitment with the hiring managers
- Supporting on HR projects
- Delivering all new starter inductions
