We are currently working in partnership with a cultural, academic and heritage institution based in South West London, who are recruiting for a HR Coordinator on a 1-month contract.


The position is due to start next week and the hourly rate of pay is negotiable.


Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Dealing with all telephone and email enquires in a timely and efficient manner, answering queries, filtering calls, and escalating queries to relevant members of the team as appropriate
  • Managing the HR inbox and the L&D inbox
  • Arranging and booking training courses for employees ensuring invites are sent
  • Maintaining and updating the HR database when required and input any relevant information accurately
  • Supporting with all starters and leavers administration including drafting and posting offer letters and contracts and any other relevant documentation
  • Providing administration of HR processes including contracts, leaver documentation and changes to terms and conditions of employment
  • Inputing information and assist with the outsourced payroll provider


Experience and skills required:

  • 2 years work in HR administration
  • Strong knowledge of the Workday system
  • Positive, can-do attitude


Working hours:

  • 36 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday,
  • 10-4 core hours with flexibility either side
  • Up to 2 days a week working from home
