Job Overview

As the Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the global HR strategy. You will be responsible for leading the human resources function, ensuring alignment with our business goals, and fostering a positive and productive work environment across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement global HR strategies that support the company's business objectives and drive organizational success.
  • Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives to ensure we attract and retain top talent across all markets.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Performance Management: Implement effective performance management systems and processes to drive high performance and accountability.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations across our global operations.
  • HR Operations: Optimize HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Global Expertise: Proven experience managing HR functions across Europe, America, and the Middle East.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills; ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Deep understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to manage a diverse workforce.
  • Certifications: HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) are highly desirable.
