Overview of Role

The Content Coordinator at ripple⁺ will be responsible for coordinating and managing all freelancers involved in creating content for our social media channels. This role requires excellent organisational skills, creative vision, keen eye on social trends and the ability to ensure that all content aligns with our brand’s voice and strategy.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and oversee all freelance videographers, editors, and content creators.
  • Source new freelance videographers, editors, and content creators.
  • Develop a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Review and approve all content to ensure it meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align content with current campaigns and promotions.
  • Provide feedback and direction to freelancers to enhance content quality and performance.
  • Monitor and analyse content performance on various platforms and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure all content is optimised for each platform’s specifications and audience preferences.
  • To use a social media planning software to schedule & post content across various social platforms. **
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media content.
  • Manage contracts, payments, and administrative tasks related to freelancers.


What You'll Need

  • 1-3 years experience in managing creative teams or freelancers
  • Experience in working in the realm of social media including platforms like TikTok, Youtube and Snapchat
  • Creative mindset with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools and software is a plus.
