Job Description


Role: Sales Account Executive

Duration: This is a FT role, starting with a 3-month contract-to-hire, converts to FT employment contract after that period.

Location: Remote - EU/APAC strongly preferred

Liquifi is scaling growth and looking for a dynamic Account Executive in the APAC or EU region to drive our sales efforts for our core token vesting/tax withholding and EOR/payroll products.

You will be responsible for sourcing new leads and closing sales opportunities for our core token vesting/ tax withholding product and/or our EOR/payroll product. You will help execute and refine our outbound prospecting and sales playbook, including outbound messaging, closing opportunities, and helping shape the product roadmap.

For this role, we’re looking for highly ambitious, entrepreneurial self-starters looking to bring their talents and energy to booming crypto B2B industry. We expect this person to be an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in business level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including the C-suite executives.

This person is comfortable building value in competitive situations and enjoys working on products that require deep product understanding & technical knowledge.

This Account Executive will be a critical part of the team, working closely with the Head of Sales, Head of Growth + Partnerships, and the broader Sales & Marketing team to achieve ambitious revenue goals and fully own a key vertical for Liquifi.

Key Responsibilities


  • Build pipeline through various methods, including email outreach, social campaigns, in-person events, and others
  • Own and execute the full sales cycle from lead to close for pre token-launch to post-launch protocols
  • Identify key decision makers within targeted accounts and ensure solution design is built with the product team to account for future expansion as well
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to refine and develop outbound strategies for existing/new products and services
  • Ensure commitment to customer success by ensuring successful handoffs to Implementation and Success teams after sale
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine collateral, events and ABM tactics to increase traffic.
  • Attend in person conferences to network and prospect with our ICPs
Qualifications


  • Must-haves
  • Full stack Account Executive (prospecting, nurturing, closing)
  • Minimum 3 years of sales closing experience in a B2B environment
  • Ideally, 1+ years as an SDR/BDR and 3 years as an Account Executive.
  • Demonstrated history in a previous full-cycle B2B SaaS Sales position
  • Deep understanding of either tax withholdings, token launches or international payroll
  • Proven track record of filling the sales funnel with qualified leads and exceeding sales targets
  • A hustler mentality with a competitive spirit (founding a company or building side projects is a bonus)
  • Skilled in business-level and technical conversations, especially with C-suite executives.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working cross-functionally across multiple teams
  • Nice-to-haves
  • High-velocity volume sales (not enterprise sales, more SMB, and mid-market)
  • Selling into similar categories (HR Tech/Equities/Crypto)
  • Strong knowledge of and passion for the crypto & blockchain space
  • Experience with sales tools like: Hubspot, Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator
  • Previous startup experience
  • Curiosity/exploration experience with AI tools, automations, workflows.
