About the Role:
As an Account Executive at Celon, you will be an integral part of our team, focussing on managing and expanding client relationships to unlock sales opportunities. This role requires:
· Expert relationship building skills to drive sales growth.
· Strategic thinking to develop and execute both short- and long-term sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive company growth.
· Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and maximise sales potential.
· Develop strong, sustainable sales processes to consistently achieve targets.
· Align IT strategies with client business goals, conduct service gap analyses and create comprehensive account roadmaps.
· Prepare detailed quotes and proposal documentation.
· Generate accurate financial reports and forecasts based on sales pipeline insights.
· Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies to the fast-evolving technology landscape.
About You:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Account Executive role within the technology sector.
· Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with IT products and solutions
· Proven ability to quickly establish and nurture trusted client relationships.
· Strong negotiation skills with a talent for persuading and influencing stakeholders
· Excellent business acumen with the ability to address business challenges through IT solutions.
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
· Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
· Proactive, energetic and committed to continuous learning and professional development
