About us: We are Resistant AI, a trailblazing startup founded in 2019 by Martin Rehák and his team. Our mission is to safeguard the AI and automation systems used in modern financial services from manipulation and attacks. By forensically analyzing everything from customer-submitted documents to user behaviors, we detect and prevent fraud, synthetic identities, account takeovers, money laundering, and emerging financial threats on a large scale. Who are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our Transactions Sales Team in London who will help us with generating and booking revenue in Tier 1/2/3 banks in the EMEA region.


❓What are the main responsibilities?

  • You will have responsibility for the end-to-end sales process as a 360 AE
  • You will create demand and educate prospective customers in Tier 1/2/3 banks in EMEA
  • You will work closely with Solution Engineering and Product Management to demonstrate the value of Resistant AI
  • You will be the point person for managing the testing or trial phase and negotiating commercials and contracts
  • You will have a regional focus in EMEA, carrying a revenue target that is agreed with the business
  • You will be the face of our banking GTM and industry events and within industry communities. Positioning yourself as an SME in the market


❓What do we need from you?

  • You have at least 5 years proven experience selling SaaS software (ideally financial crime solutions) to financial institutions as an Account Executive
  • You communicate clearly, succinctly and directly - in writing and over the phone
  • You can build strong, long-lasting relationships and can, ideally, tap into your network right away
  • You can learn quickly, adapt fast and apply it
  • You are a problem solver and love accountability
  • You think laterally and out-of-the-box
  • You are driven by outcomes not activity
  • You are a team player and know how to work collaboratively across teams to deliver the best outcomes for customers
  • You understand the AML and Fraud market. The vendors that exist, the challenges facing banks in the region, the initiatives banks are undertaking and who in those banks is responsible
  • You have an existing network in the banking sector in EMEA that you can leverage to open doors
  • You can demonstrate a prior track record selling to banks in EMEA with consistent success
