Job Title: Software Sales Specialist (FinTech SaaS)
Location: Birmingham, London, or Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £50k to £70k depending on experience + uncapped commission

Summary :
As a SaaS Software Sales Specialist, you will drive growth by leveraging cutting-edge software and licensing solutions, building strong relationships and empowering customers to achieve success. You’ll focus on delivering innovative solutions across and should have vendor tech product knowledge :
- Cloud Infrastructure
- Data Analytics
- Cyber Security
Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual gross margin targets through effective software sales execution.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in collaboration with internal branch teams.
- Qualify opportunities to focus on high-probability, high-value deals.
- Navigate competitive landscapes and highlight differentiators to position the company as a trusted partner.
- Identify common customer challenges to inform and influence product and service roadmaps.
- Collaborate with other business units to cross-sell solutions and expand overall revenue streams.
- Proven success in selling Software Licensing and Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions.
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that drive value.
- Ambitious, action-oriented and resilient, with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Experience working with B2B public or private sector clients.
- Full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel as required.
