Role Description

The Keto Software Builder role, or Builder for short, is designed to handle the day-to-day configuration of Keto for prospects, new customers and existing customers. Up to four Builders would report to each Architect.

Key responsibilities for the Keto Software Builder role include:

· Support Architects & Sales on new customers, such as configuring prototype and POC environments.

· Configuring environments for new and current customers.

· Other technical work as needed, such as updates and integrations.

· Supporting on configuration materials and technical documents.

The right person would need to have the following characteristics:

· Being a problem solver, able to take complex challenges and figure out how to solve them.

· Potentially some software development knowledge, but we would look to prioritise configuration over development to help our customers.

· Role would include some national and international travel.

· Being able to be part of a growing company that might require flexibility.

· Right to work in the UK.

· Role is hybrid, as we would like to the UK team to meet together in London one day per week as we build our company culture.

· To provide references for us to check.

Qualifications

• No-code Software Development, Software Engineering, and Database Management skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
