London, UK, United Kingdom Frazer Jones Full time

An outstanding financial services business now looks to hire a Workday HRIS Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis to support their global Workday landscape in a vibrant and dynamic environment. The perfect candidate will have EMEA or APAC experience across the board, supporting the fixes, upgrades, and integrations for Workday in a post-go-live environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with the HCM Workday module and will have worked in a fast-paced, highly commercial, and entrepreneurial environment. This is a truly global role focusing on rollout, upgrades, and integration after a successful go-live on Workday HCM and all other modules. In addition, you will have experience going above and beyond the ordinary and collaborating with other Leaders to carry out larger HR strategic projects and priorities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with the HR Team in the assessment, development, execution, and support of designated HR projects and changes to serve as a specialist for Workday administration - HR transactions, workflow configuration, and design.
  • Handle the continual upkeep of Workday's HR leadership context.
  • Facilitate methodology automation throughout all HR systems.
  • Help with the assessment, validation, implementation, training, and dissemination of Workday system updates and modifications, including the twice-yearly Workday releases.
  • This includes advising the HR team, managers, and employees on how to use the system.
  • To manage the prioritisation and deployment of Workday updates and engage with the global HRIS team.
  • Facilitate engagement and training to make ensure that relevant players are using Workday to its greatest potential.
  • As needed, provide assistance with impromptu initiatives.
  • Make every effort to maintain appropriate privacy and see that necessary procedures are followed.

The role offers a competitive pay of circa £50,000 to £60,000 p.a. + benefits. You will benefit from agile, and hybrid working model and be given autonomy and will be comfortable with working to tight deadlines. If you’re interested in this role and would like more information, please apply, and contact Anton Blades at Frazer Jones with any questions or to have a confidential discussion about your job search.
