Catalyst Partners is delighted to be working with a global alternative asset manager looking for a Compensation Analyst on a 12-month FTC. Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will be involved in developing a new compensation grading structure and redesigning incentive plans.


This role will be eligible for a strong completion bonus.


Key elements of the role:

  • Clean and validate extensive compensation data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Perform detailed data analysis to support compensation decisions and strategies.
  • Develop and implement new compensation grading structures.
  • Redesign and enhance incentive plans to align with organisational goals and industry best practices.


Desired experience:

  • Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst, with strong data management and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS platforms, with experience in compensation planning tools being a plus.
  • Ability to develop and implement compensation structures and incentive plans.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
