Job Summary:

The People, Culture and Benefits Advisor will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs, UK pension administration and working to support the business with benefits integration and harmonisation. The role involves providing guidance on HR policies, assisting with employee relations, and supporting the HR team in various functions including Talent Acquisition and L&D. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, benefits and pension administration, and a passion for employee wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Benefits & Pension Administration:
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pension administration, wellness programs, and other flexible benefits.
  • Work closely with the payroll team to facilitate enrolments, changes, and terminations in benefits and pension plans in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and working with outsourced benefits and pension administration teams to resolve issues related to benefits coverage and any claims.
  • Manage the P11D process and support the payrolling of benefits project.
  • Support and facilitate benefits and pensions processes in EMEA countries, including management and timely processing of supplier invoices.
  • First point of contact for benefits and pensions suppliers and brokers for the UK and EMEA countries

2.People & Culture Advisor:

  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and process issues.
  • Advise on straightforward employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, straight forward disciplinary, grievance investigations and performance management cases.
  • Support managers with the performance management process, including performance reviews and goal setting.
  • Support managers with management of short and long term sickness cases, including referral to occupational health, monitoring sick pay, coordinating phased return to work.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to support the company’s strategy and ensure compliance with UK employment law.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR, benefits and pension related legislation and recommend changes to policies and procedures as needed.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including conducting pre-screening, reference checks, and preparing offer letters.
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of employee training and development programs.

3.Data Management:

  • Support managers with the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records in Workday.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide reports on trends related to benefits, turnover, employee engagement and other HR KPIs
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
  1. Employee Engagement:
  • Promote employee well-being through the development and communication of wellness initiatives.
  • Support with the facilitation of the Tag Engage platform including analysis of utilisation, carrying out spot surveys, and initiatives to drive engagement.
  • Support with the analysis of employee engagement survey results

Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent, or working towards
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR and benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and UK pension regulations
  • Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Hybrid working office environment.
  • May require occasional travel for training or conferences.
