Compensation and Benefits Senior Professional


Our client, a leader in the travel and tourism industry are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Senior Professional to join their Global Reward project team. This role is crucial in supporting pay equity across multiple countries, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating clear communication across a multinational stakeholder group. You will be instrumental in managing and analysing data, creating dashboards, and delivering timely insights to our global HR teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Excel File Management: Handle large datasets, create and maintain dashboards, and analyse compensation data to support global pay equity initiatives.
  • Project Support: Assist the Project Operations Lead in meeting key milestones, ensuring deliverables such as emails, files, dashboards, and KPIs are accurate and timely.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in weekly meetings with internal teams, provide insights to country HR teams, and support local issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Communication: Collaborate with the wider communications team to discuss analysis outcomes and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights using Word and PowerPoint.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with distributed teams across the globe, ensuring smooth project execution and effective communication.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: Demonstratable experience in Compensation and Benefits, with core involvement in merit reviews across borders. Familiarity with Workday is essential.
  • Skills:
  • Technical: Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create graphs and complex data visualizations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to a multinational audience.
  • Business Acumen: Experience working in a fast-paced global business environment with distributed teams.


Location: West London

Hybrid: 2-3 days per week on site

£350-£450 per day inside IR35 DOE
