Through our partnerships with universities, public bodies, and corporate clients, we connect talented neurodivergent graduates and professionals with meaningful opportunities.


We are seeking a sales director to join our team and lead our UK sales strategy as we raise our Seed investment round and expand to US markets. Experience in SaaS startups or scale ups is crucial


Key Responsibilities:


  • Revenue Growth & Business Development:
  • Design and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve growth targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify and prioritize key industry sectors and opportunities for Neuropool’s services.
  • Develop a pipeline of opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.



Required


  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within recruitment, HR solutions, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.Create lasting relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and align Neuropool’s solutions to deliver value.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless service execution and client satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product and service development.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Required Skills and Experience:
  • Strong network of contacts in the UK business community, particularly in sectors aligned with Neuropool’s services.
