The rapid growth has been enabled thanks to their efocused omni channel distribution strategy at the heart of the business. The National Account Manager will be responsible to drive retail sales with the within a portfolio of customers such as John Lewis, Space NK and Boots.


What you'll be doing


  • Develop and implement long term commercial strategies across each account, that drives the sales plan through clever sales and marketing solutions.
  • Excellence in forecasting and ensuring targets are effectively set and communicated to the wider business with the support from the wider team
  • Monitor and track both sell in and sell out performance and identify opportunities for stretch plans or gap plans where necessary to achieve forecasted sales
  • Integrating all the key brand campaigns, product launches and promotions into the commercial plans in order to present to and engage key partners on a seasonal basis.


Who you are?


  • A successful commercial digitally focused sales professional with a demonstrable track record of success within a quality consumer brand with proven digital expertise, ideally in the beauty sector, being both a brand and revenue builder.
  • Experience working within UK wholesale channels or highstreet or Grocery
  • Experience of running and owning a P & L
  • A proven track record of progressive digitally oriented sales management success and commercial know-how within the beauty industry. Possess strong analytical skills, a keen business acumen with commercial nous.
  • Possess a hands-on approach, and enjoy leading on strategy, whilst also engaging in the strategy delivery.
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent customer relationship management expertise.
  • A hands- on approach, and enjoy leading the strategy, whilst also being a “doer”.
