Job Title: National Account Manager
Location: London, 2 days in office
Package Details: up to £60,000 base doe plus bonus
Lavandi Talent are currently working with an award-winning personal care/beauty brand renowned for their products within the market
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with company objectives to increase product placement, visibility, and sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment with account-specific needs and strategies.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities
- Negotiate terms, pricing, promotions, and contracts with grocery accounts to maximize profitability and brand visibility.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports to evaluate account performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Forecast sales projections, set targets, and develop action plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
Ideal Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in national account management within the beauty industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing national account portfolios.
- In-depth understanding of the retail landscape, market trends, and consumer preferences.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
