Distribution Account Manager

Asus are looking to expand our distribution team to continue our excellent growth. We are therefore looking for a strong candidate to manage ASUS PC system products via our distribution partners. Ideally the right candidate would need to have relevant industry experience, ideally within the distribution channel.

Principle Accountabilities:

Build relationships and work with ASUS BDM and marketing teams within each distributor, visiting each distributor weekly

Maintain regular contact with internal and external sales team within each distributor, ensuring customer and stock profiles are managed closely

Conduct sales training at least once per quarter in each distributor

Monitor and analyze market conditions within various verticals to help plan our range cycles accordingly

Maintain deal trackers to help achieve set quarterly sell out and customer breadth targets, to underpin our aspirational growth plans

Work closely with sales teams, to ensure they are aware of our offers and pricing from ASUS. Ensure communications are aligned with the relevant marketing team to support the sell out within each account

Organise and run spiff/call out days every month within each account

Prepare for the weekly internal sales meeting to present your sales forecasts, highlight any stock issues, discuss aged stock, plans for the week ahead and request any support required

Act and respond quickly to all customer queries

Discuss with the buying team around intake plans for the QTR and also purchase orders that need to be made
