As an HR Business Partner focused on Employee Relations, you will drive the execution of employee relations strategies and play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's culture and employee experience. With a focus on execution, you'll collaborate with business leaders to address employee concerns, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation across all levels and functions. Humans Resources Business Partner duties include:


  • Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Assist in the interpretation and application of company policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance with legal requirements
  • Conduct employee exit interviews to understand themes, address issues, and inform recommendations to improve employee experience continuously
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, including conducting thorough and objective investigations
  • Document and maintain accurate records of all employee relations issues and actions taken
  • Facilitate the review and development of policies and procedures to reflect the needs of a growing and dynamic business, ensuring alignment with UK employment laws and regulations
  • Ensure that all policies are communicated effectively to employees and managers
  • Design and deliver training programs on employee relations topics, such as conflict resolution, effective communication, and management best practices
  • Coach and mentor managers on how to handle employee relations issues effectively


Ideal Candidate:


Extensive HR Experience: 5-8 years of Human Resources experience, with a strong focus on Employee Relations

UK Employment Law Expertise: In-depth knowledge and practical experience of UK employment laws, regulations, and best practices

Employee Relations: Proven track record in managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations

Performance Management: Experience in advising and supporting managers with employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
