Are you a seasoned HR professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee all human resources operations and ensure they align with our business goals.


This is a fast-paced role, where the ideal candidate will come from a call centre background or similar.


Our client has sites in Glasgow, Bangor, Gateshead, Bristol and Manchester. The successful candidates can be based near a site and can work hybrid or for the right candidate the role can be remote.


Key Responsibilities:

-Consult with Line Management

- Provide daily HR guidance to line managers, helping them navigate HR policies and procedures effectively

- Work with the HR department to review trends and metrics, using this data to inform strategic decisions

- Resolve Employee Relations Issues

- Address and resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances promptly and effectively

- Enhance Work Relationships

- Collaborate with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

- Provide HR Policy Guidance, and offer clear guidance on HR policies to ensure consistency and compliance

- Suggest HR Strategies: Propose innovative HR strategies that align with business objectives and enhance overall organizational performance.


Requirements:

- Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role

- Excellent technical HR Knowledge - CIPD qualified or relevant experience to demonstrate a level of competence

- Excellent people management skills with a strong ability to build relationships

- Analytical and goal-oriented mindset with demonstrable experience in using HR metrics

- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
