Regional Human Resources Business Partner

MacGregor Black are partnering with a Drinks Manufacturing business, on the search for a Regional HRBP. This is a permanent role based in London.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy across the assigned region that aligns with both regional and global business objectives, driving organizational performance.
  • Serve as a key member of the regional leadership team, contributing to the overall regional strategy and decision-making processes.
  • Champion a regional culture that reflects the company’s values, promotes diversity and inclusion, and fosters a high-performance environment.
  • Oversee the entire talent management lifecycle within the region, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Implement initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the region, ensuring alignment with the global talent strategy.
  • Drive leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders across the region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and morale within the region, aligning with global initiatives.
  • Lead regional cultural change initiatives to ensure the company’s values and behaviors are consistently embedded throughout all locations.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback mechanisms within the region to assess and improve the workplace environment, reporting findings to the global HR team.
  • Identify and address regional organizational development needs, providing solutions that support business growth and evolution within the local market context.
  • Implement effective change management practices across the region to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption.
  • Facilitate regional team-building activities and events to promote collaboration and a strong sense of community across different locations.
  • Oversee HR operations within the region, including HR administration, payroll, benefits, and compliance with all relevant local employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure the development and implementation of regional HR policies and procedures that support a fair and equitable work environment, in alignment with global policies.
  • Manage the regional HR budget and ensure cost-effective HR practices.
  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs within the region to attract and retain talent.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure the region’s offerings remain competitive in the market.
  • Oversee the regional performance management and reward processes to drive a culture of high performance.
  • Lead regional DE&I initiatives to ensure an inclusive and diverse workplace, aligned with global DE&I strategies.
  • Develop and implement programs within the region that promote equity and address barriers to inclusion.
  • Monitor and report on regional DE&I metrics to track progress and inform future initiatives.


What are we looking for?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven HR experience (5+ years) in a regional or multi-site role, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Demonstrated experience with HR metrics and HRIS systems.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different locations.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required
