Klarent Hospitality have an exciting opportunity for an HR Professional to join the HR Function as HR Business Partner for our Accor division looking after a cluster of 5 properties.


Klarent Hospitality operates branded hotels in key locations across the UK and Ireland. We will nurture talent and smart investment to drive superior performance and growth.


The Role:

  • HRBP will be working in partnership with line management to provide advice on complex and sensitive employee cases including investigations, disciplinaries, redundancies, grievances, appeals, dismissals etc.
  • HRBP will ensure Line Managers are appropriately skilled and trained in ER
  • Responsible for providing support to line managers on organisational change
  • Supporting the identification and development of talent for each of the functions to meet current and future needs
  • Coaching and supporting managers in the application of HR policies and procedures
  • Implementing the HR process and ensuring the management team are compliant
  • Be an advocate of employee engagement as a means of improving performance and customer service
  • Support the management teams in the delivery and understanding of the vision, values and business objectives
