Permanent, Full Time


Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 17.30pm (40 hour week)


Southampton Office based role, option of Hybrid working after probation period (3 days office, 2 days WFH pw).


The role;

Join the existing Amazon Sales Admin team to support them on taking care of the Administration task that are related to the Amazon EU9 accounts.


Key Duties;

· Processing all credit memos for invoices raised by the customer, collating and saving backups and dealing with query discrepancies.

· Be responsible for reviewing, recording and signing discount agreements and maintaining centralised SOA Roadmap.

· Support any disputes regarding returns for items not received.

· Coordinate centralised setup of new products for Amazon within Garmin offices.

· Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to serve Sales and Finance departments.

· Good excel and data analyst skills.

· Keen problem solver.

· Ability to identify patterns to see opportunities for improvement or need for escalation.


Education & Experience;

· Good organization skills

· Previous administration position in a busy environment
