Customer Success Manager (Enterprise)
Location: London, hybrid (Home: Mon & Fri, Office: Tue-Thurs)
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of strategic and enterprise accounts for our clients dynamic and growing business.
You’ll be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, renewals, and growth by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring successful adoption of our clients products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across operational, technical, and commercial teams
- Collaborate with sales to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Create and execute account plans that align with customer goals, helping them maximise the value of their solutions
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Be the go-to expert for customers, providing training, support, and guidance to ensure effective use of our products
- Resolve customer issues promptly, focusing on long-term satisfaction and product adoption
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role with enterprise clients
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proficient with CRM tools (Dynamics preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Desirable:
- Previous experience in sectors like Travel, Retail, or Automotive
- A second language
