Hally are supporting a long-term client in their strategy to build out a new customer success division for 2025, and in-line with this expansion we are hiring multiple CSMs in Europe. This vendor is a leader in the software automation space with a global workforce and a recent investment raising.


This new team will be responsible for driving value and adoption amongst an existing account portfolio, proactively engaging with stakeholders to understand their business goals and roadmaps and identify areas to find new use cases. This will involve conversations at both IT and LOB, so we need a candidate who is capable of diving deep into technology conversations around devops, application architecture, testing and automation.


You will be securing renewals contracts and ensuring maximum retention rates by building strong champions within complex enterprise organisations, and building mutually-agreed action plans for success.


Requirements:


  1. 5+ years SaaS industry experience as a CSM, key accounts manager or business value consultant
  2. Experience working with and selling to both IT and LOB stakeholders
  3. Capable of deep dive conversations into solutions and platform capabilities with technical teams and how to identify use cases
  4. Experienced with large enterprise accounts in UKI/Europe
  5. Track record of successful customer growth/retention in SaaS industry
  6. Exposure to devops/automation/testing technology areas a big plus
  7. Commutable to London – hybrid roles
