Join Our Team as a Customer Success Manager in EMEA


Are you passionate about building client relationships and driving success? Love FX trading and want to work with both buy-side and sell-side clients? This might be the perfect role for you


We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who’s ready to take on a role that’s dynamic, client-focused, and revenue-driven. As part of our team, you’ll be the key link between our clients and our powerful FX trading solutions—BidFX and MaxxTrader—serving major financial institutions in the EMEA region.


What You’ll Do:

  • Be the trusted advisor to our clients, helping them leverage our platforms for their unique goals.
  • Grow revenue by spotting cross-selling opportunities—our Sales team will thank you
  • Manage new client onboarding projects and coordinate across teams to ensure smooth, timely implementations.
  • Make regular onsite visits for training and strategic account planning.
  • Work with mature clients to optimize their experience and provide them with world-class service.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Good experience in customer success, account management, or relationship management in institutional FX (experience with buy-side and sell-side clients is a huge plus).
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail—whether managing projects or prioritizing client needs.
  • Tech-savvy, with knowledge of eFX trading and messaging protocols like FIX.
  • Proactive, client-focused, and eager to solve problems.
