Job Summary:
As a Weddings and Events Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to bring clients' wedding visions to life, creating unforgettable, magical moments. You will work closely with couples to understand their preferences, vision, and budget, ensuring that each detail aligns with their dream celebration. From building relationships with vendors to negotiating contracts and managing budgets, this role requires creativity, organisation, and a deep commitment to excellence. Your mission is to turn clients' wedding dreams and events into reality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and expectations for the wedding or event.
- Increase conversion of inquiries by developing strong relationships and maximising sales leads.
- Develop creative and personalised wedding and event concepts that reflect the client's vision.
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the wedding or event, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
- Maintain a sound knowledge of the hotels products and additional sales opportunities.
- Foster excellent relationships with all clients, wedding planners, and vendors.
- Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure everyone works toward the same goals.
- Provide quick and effective solutions to challenges, ensuring a smooth and successful event.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, vendors, and the events team.
