Savvy Media is working with a leading media client to find an Event Assistant passionate about B2B business and event management. This is an amazing chance to be a part of an innovative team in the heart of London and contribute to impactful events that drive industry success.


What will this role include?


  • Manage the full lifecycle of digital and in-person events (e.g., webinars, livestreams, conferences).
  • Develop and maintain event timelines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless execution.
  • Take ownership of client management, guiding them through planning and meeting their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the project team to achieve objectives and exceed KPIs.
  • Lead client calls, providing clear communication and progress updates.
  • Oversee technical requirements for digital events.
  • Assist with sponsor management and communication.
  • Handle venue coordination, including sourcing, logistics, floorplans, cost management, and database maintenance.
  • Support speaker management and event registration.
  • Coordinate side events (receptions, lunches, gala dinners).
  • Manage business travel arrangements as needed.


The ideal candidate will have/be:


  • 1+ year of experience in a client-facing role with project management responsibilities.
  • Event management experience (preferably B2B) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Ability to perform manual handling duties related to event logistics.
