This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving Client Services team As a member of the CST, you will have the chance to shape your role to fit your strengths and be instrumental in the ongoing development and growth of the division.


Our client is made up of a mixture of healthcare marketing specialists and consumer experts. Their health team focuses on building science-backed creative campaigns targeting patients and caregivers as well as healthcare professionals and payers.


The successful candidate will be able to work on various projects across the full spectrum of healthcare advertising deliverables, working alongside global clients.

Role & Responsibilities:


  • Project planning and organisation, including developing timelines and contributing to team and client planning meetings
  • Have an understanding of the overall process for production across different channels. Working with AMs and Producers to be able to create project timing and keep these up to date throughout the project
  • Understand the landscape your client is operating in and the impact that has on their communication strategy as well as understanding their target audience, their relationship with the client’s brand and how this impacts messaging within a campaign
  • Building a relationship with the client and speaking regularly on calls
  • Managing an activity or small project from brief through to completion, such as developing the copy for an infographic, managing the design, and incorporating team and client amends until the final document is approved
  • Have excellent attention to detail. Understand the client's brand guidelines, ensuring all presentations are delivered to the correct standard
  • Demonstrate good creative judgement and voice your opinion within creative conversations, including internal creative reviews
  • Understand the day-to-day finances on your account and be responsible for keeping project finance trackers & timesheets up to date
  • Support pitch teams with financial administration
  • Articulate the different brand positions for your client’s key competitors
  • Support new business pitch teams with a can-do and proactive attitude
  • Read trade publications and keep a finger on the pulse of new exciting work both in and out of category
  • Represent the Agency in a professional manner at all times with clients and external partners
  • Knowledge of referencing styles and the ability to accurately reference materials and manage their progress through to client certification (e.g. via Veeva)


Requirements:

  • Degree (preferably life science)
  • High level of drive, motivation, and initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised with exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to problem-solve effectively and make decisions
  • Awareness of industry guidelines (ABPI) and best practice and their application
  • Experience working in Healthcare Communications (agency)
