As an Account Manager, the successful candidate will be instrumental in nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring they extract maximum value from the innovative AI software/SaaS platform. Working closely with a diverse clientele and a supportive wider team of 11 AM's, this role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, with occasional face-to-face training at the UK HQ and virtual team socials.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for allocated enterprise clients (10-30 max), fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Value Delivery and ROI: Demonstrate tangible ROI to ensure clients optimize their experience with the platform and see clear value
  • Training and Upskilling: Conduct comprehensive training sessions to empower clients and enhance platform proficiency/usage
  • Account Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients internally to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction remains high/NPS scores are consistently high




About You:

  • Proven experience working in account management or customer success, within the SaaS/Software/Tech landscape.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with B2B clients.
  • Prior experience working with SME and Enterprise clients specifically
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving client success and satisfaction.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge/Experience of the b2b eLearning/training ecosystem
