Digital retail and advertising silos are eroding but incumbent solutions providers are unable to drive meaningful change. Working with Acorn-i, brands are given the opportunity to merge traditional and digital channels as well as understand how the intersection of retail and advertising can generate significant growth for their brand.


We are hiring for an Account Manager to work with our client brands to support growth. Working closely with senior stakeholders the individual will develop a strong understanding of the brand’s business and how Acorn-i’s solutions can become integral to delivering on client goals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be the main POC for the client brand and ensure a strong client experience being part of the Acorn-i client portfolio.
  • Evangelise Acorn-i services and solutions and how these can best be applied for client success and strategies.
  • Understand the client brand, products and position in market regarding eCommerce channel performance.
  • Develop and manage quarterly and annual plans that deliver against the client needs and drive client growth.
  • Regular client engagement, using data to support ongoing strategy and tactics to further exceed goals.
  • Understand and navigate at the intersection of eRetail and Retail Media supporting the client brand in delivering eCommerce success for their business.


About You

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Strong experience in engaging with clients at all levels, and demonstrating ability to be considered a thought leader on the topic of commerce media.
  • 2+ years of experience working in ecommerce or retail media, preferably in an agency setting.
  • A strong understanding of the Amazon selling platforms – vendor or seller central.
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work with wide range of people at all decision-making levels.
  • Proven experience in building strategic relationships at senior level.
  • A positive outlook, self-motivated and desire to become part of a fast-growth business.
  • Strong account management experience and dealing with client management.
  • Experience in a digital marketing or advertising services agency a bonus.
  • Knowledge of Sponsored ads & Display advertising through Amazon.
